The menu provided all the clues: squash, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, turkey, cranberry sauce, and homemade pumpkin squares for dessert. Yum! On Tuesday, November 14th, the Currier Memorial School (CMS) kicked off the holiday season with its annual Thanksgiving Family Luncheon.
“It’s just a joyful day,” said CMS Principal Carolyn Parrilo. “We decorate the gym in a holiday theme, the aromas from the kitchen create a welcoming atmosphere, and the kids get so excited about having their family join them at school for a festive lunch. It’s a lot to be thankful for.”
