Our second installment of New Teachers at Flood Brook includes two new teachers plus a paraeducator. Look for these new faces at FBS and say hello. (From left to right in the photo above):

Susan Gray: After growing up in Vermont, then spending free time here, Susan and her familymoved full-time to Manchester from the Boston area so their daughter could attend Burr and Burton Academy. A college professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Bridgewater State University, Susan continues her work in special education and literacy at Flood Brook.

Teri Andersen: Following ten years of Art instruction at the Mountain School at Winhall, Teri moves further up the mountain to Flood Brook where she will teach Interdisciplinary Art with the primary grades incorporating art into other academic subjects, as well as teaching the Art of Music to the Middle School students. Teri has lived in South Londonderry for almost 20 years with her husband and three daughters and outside of school runs Mountain Community Arts and teaches hip-hop dancing.

Favorite Vermont Season: Fall 

Stacie Chiodi: Stacie moved with her husband to Vermont in 2004 and settled in Stratton, where they love to snowboard. She taught kindergarten through 4th grade at the Mountain School before moving to Flood Brook this Fall as a paraeducator for first graders.
