The Mettawee School Board will host its Annual Information Meeting on the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget on Wednesday, February 28th at 7 pm at the Mettawee School. Voters will be asked to approve the budget in an election scheduled for Tuesday, March 5th.
To help prepare for your vote, the Mettawee School Board has published its Annual Report describing details on proposed education spending for FY25. The document has been mailed to registered voters in Pawlet and Rupert. Residents can also find the Annual Report on the website of the Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union (BRSU.org).
This year’s Mettawee School Board Annual Report also includes a survey to capture public feedback on the future of education. The information will be used to determine if the Board’s Ends Policy (long term goals) are aligned with the residents of Pawlet and Rupert.
