We Want Your Feedback

The Mettawee School Board of Directors follows a governance strategy that relies on public feedback to generate Ends Policies that outline the intended goals for educating our students. Our current Ends Policies, crafted with your input in 2021, opens with the following statement:

The students of the Mettawee School District (MSD) will be life-long learners who demonstrate kindness, empathy and the core academic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to become successful, contributing members of society.  The MSD will achieve this goal at a cost deemed acceptable by the community.

Because we feel that public education should benefit the community, we are committed to formally gathering input which will be used to revise these policies every 3-5 years. This information from you will allow us to review and update our Ends Policies to align with the evolving needs of our community.

To help us with this process in 2024, we would like to ask our stakeholders, residents of Pawlet and Rupert, to fill out the survey below. In each of the following three categories, we would like you to rate each item individually on a five point scale.

Please complete this survey by March 11, 2024.
